Advice to anyone thinking of becoming a Healthcare Practice Partner: Be enthusiastic, persistent and resilient. The business is built on trust which is not instantly gained. The more activity you undertake the more successful you will become. Listen to all the advice from your fellow partners on what works for them. It was the best career move I have ever made and continues to provide satisfaction, challenges and great rewards.
