In 2021, Katie elevated her entrepreneurial journey by acquiring the entire activ Marketing franchise network and stepping into the role of CEO. Her vision for the company was clear: to modernise the franchise offering, empower franchise partners, and provide them with the cutting-edge tools they need to succeed in an increasingly digital-first world. Since taking the helm, Katie has revolutionised the business by introducing innovative marketing strategies, restructuring the support system for franchisees, and championing creativity as a core business value.
