Active Future Franchisees Mark and Liane, on paper should not be successful franchisees!

Mark and Liane on paper should not be successful franchisees. They have little to no coaching background and are not from the sport’s industry. What they do have though is an amazing work ethic and a true desire to improve the local community. Mark is from a military background and is now a full time HGV Driver and Liane was once a paramedic but due to health issues now runs her own cake business.

Mark and Liane have a grown child with Autism and they only wished that activities like Active Future provided were around for their own son when growing up. As a result they are now putting this into place within their community. This is what drives them to their success.

In a very short period of time they have added lots and lots of community sessions, have been awarded a large funded project and we have been accepted by Oxfordshire County Council to become HAF Providers.  They are successfully running holiday provision and are inundated with birthday party requests.

Mark and Liane will easily hit their target of exceeding £100k of turnover in year 1 and with the addition of WrapAround Care and Awards for All Funding we are possible looking at well over £150k in year 1.  All this whilst running another business and a full time job.
