We decided to develop "Pre Prepared," restaurant-quality meals delivered to your door, complete with menus and detailed instructions on simply preparing in your oven. On top of that, we create a Vision/Mission workshop for the leadership team to help get them rowing in the same direction.

Results

Our "Pre Prepared" plan has added a new million-dollar revenue stream to their business. And even though COVID-19 has been a difficult time for the hospitality industry, the client's foundational work to get their staff on the same page has seen them come out of the pandemic, a stronger, more united team.
