What is the Dietcare franchise?

Franchisees will establish Dietcare consultation clinics and help people resolve their weight problems and lead healthier lives. Dietcare clinics can be held in private rooms in medical practices, high street beauty salons, and health centres. These premises are initially rented on a daily or weekly basis, thus cutting out the need for long leasing agreements.

Whilst it is possible to run your dietcare clinic on a part-time basis, you can also develop your business into a five-day week high street clinic, or several one-day clinics. The Dietcare training team will offer assistance in finding suitable venues.

As a diet adviser, you will do the following to build a highly successful business:

• Build up a client base following a marketing plan unique to your territory.
• Support slimmers with one-to-one appointments every week.
• Explain the healthy eating plans (constructed by the head office dietetic team based on information gathered by the diet adviser), as well as weigh, measure, motivate, support and counsel the slimmer during one-to-one private consultations.
• On reaching ideal weight, a maintenance diet is provided to ensure that the slimmer keeps control of their weight, with ongoing monthly visits.

Initially, the slimmer enrols for a six-week weight loss course, but depending on the amount of weight loss desired by the slimmer, courses could be ongoing.
